These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the AstroVeda Pro platform, through which we provide Vedic astrology, numerology, palmistry, and related spiritual guidance services (our “Spiritual Advisory Services”) to any person who accesses them.

By accessing or using AstroVeda Pro, you are entering into this Agreement. Please read it carefully before you begin using the platform. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use the platform.

Wherever this Agreement refers to “we”, “us”, or “our”, it means AstroVeda Pro and the company that owns and operates it.

If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, or if you believe you or anyone else may be in danger, or if you are facing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a suicide prevention helpline immediately and notify them. AstroVeda Pro is not built or equipped to help in situations like these, and our readings cannot provide the assistance such situations require. If you choose to continue using the platform despite this notice, you do so entirely at your own risk.

AstroVeda Pro is not intended to provide clinical diagnosis, which requires in-person evaluation by a qualified professional. It is also not intended to advise you on which medications or medical treatments are right for you, and any such suggestion appearing through the platform should be disregarded.

Do not avoid, disregard, or delay seeking in-person care from your doctor or another qualified professional because of anything you read or receive through AstroVeda Pro.

AstroVeda Pro provides computed astrological, numerological, and palmistry-based readings, including Kundali (Vedic birth chart), Palmistry, Numerology, Muhurtam (auspicious timing), Ask AstroVeda (predictive Q&A), Remedies & Pariharams, Matchmaking / Compatibility, Past Life Readings, Complete Reading, Transit Readings (Daily / Weekly / Monthly), Moon Sign Readings (free), and optional human Personal Consultations. Each reading is generated using a combination of classical calculation methods (Vedic astrology using the Lahiri Ayanamsa, Chaldean numerology, traditional palmistry) and computational, AI-assisted analysis of that calculated data.

The Service is intended for adults (18 and older). If you are a minor, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately via the Support / Help button if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you provide birth details, upload palm images, or submit a question, you confirm this information is your own or that you have permission to submit it on behalf of the person it concerns (for example, generating a reading for a family member with their consent). Do not upload images of people who have not consented to this use.

You retain ownership of any images you upload. You grant AstroVeda Pro a limited license to process that image solely to generate your requested reading. We do not use your birth data or uploaded images to train external AI models, and we do not share them with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

All payments are processed by Razorpay. Current prices for every reading type are shown at the point of purchase and summarised on our Pricing Policy page. By purchasing a reading or subscription, you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Transit Reading 30-day plan grants a pool of 30 reading credits usable within 30 days of purchase, capped by whichever limit (30 credits used, or 30 days elapsed) is reached first. This subscription does not auto-renew. You will only be charged again if you actively choose to purchase a new 30-day plan.

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity; upload images or data belonging to someone else without their consent; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell readings generated by the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund for readings already generated.

Personal Consultations (such as the Personal Past Life Consultation) are fulfilled by a human practitioner, typically within 48 to 72 hours, delivered via the contact details on your account. These are separate from our automated readings and are subject to the practitioner’s availability.

We may update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically so you stay informed, ideally each time before you access the platform or use any of our services.

By accessing, downloading, or using AstroVeda Pro, you confirm that you understand these terms and that you consent to them fully and unconditionally. If you do not agree, please do not proceed past any consent step presented to you. We recommend reading these terms carefully before registering or using any part of the platform. Your continued use of AstroVeda Pro, including after any future update to these terms, means you accept the current version and agree to be bound by it.

Nothing on this platform is created to hurt any individual, caste, society, creed, or any part of society, in any way. We are purely here as a guide, and the use of any reading, in any form or not at all, is entirely your own choice.

We do not propagate any belief or ask you to change your own in any form. This site exists only to help you on the journey called life.

All site content, design, calculation methodology, and generated reading templates are the property of AstroVeda Pro. Your individual generated reading is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share it but may not resell or redistribute it commercially.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroVeda Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or decisions made based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reading or subscription giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
