Privacy Policy

Account information: name and email address at sign-up.

Birth data: date, time, and place of birth you provide for a reading.

Palm images: only when you explicitly upload them for a Palmistry or Complete Reading.

Payment records: Razorpay payment IDs, order IDs, and amounts. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details directly. These are handled entirely by Razorpay.

Usage data: pages visited, reading history, and basic device / browser information, used to operate and improve the Service.

Support communications: anything you submit via the Support / Help button.

Birth data is used only to compute your requested reading. Palm images are used only to analyse your palm for the reading you requested. Payment records are used to grant access to the reading or subscription you purchased and for our own accounting. Usage data helps us fix bugs and improve the Service. We do not use your birth data, palm images, or reading content to train external AI models.

We share information only with: Razorpay, to process your payment; the assigned practitioner, only if you purchase a human Personal Consultation; and infrastructure / hosting providers who store our data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use browser local storage to remember your currency preference, session state, and in-progress form drafts, so you don’t lose your place if you refresh the page. This is used to operate the Service, not for third-party advertising tracking.

We retain your account data and reading history for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit past readings. If you request deletion (see below), we remove your account and associated readings within 30 business days, except where we are required to retain payment records for legal or accounting purposes.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or full deletion of your account and associated readings at any time via the Support / Help button at the bottom of any page.

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we do not store raw payment card data on our own systems at any point. Payments are secure, private, and confidential, and your data is never used for any purpose other than generating your readings and supporting your spiritual guidance.

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental involvement.

If you access the Service from outside India, your information will be processed in accordance with this policy and may be stored on servers located in India or other jurisdictions where our infrastructure providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date above.
