How to Calculate Your Life Path Number

The method is simple: reduce your full birth date down to a single digit by adding its parts together, unless you land on a Master Number (11, 22, or 33) along the way — those are never reduced further.

Step 1. Write out your birth date numerically — day, month, year.
Step 2. Reduce the day, month, and year separately to single digits (or a Master Number).
Step 3. Add those three reduced numbers together, and reduce the result again if needed.

Example: Someone born on 20 December 1973.

• Day: 20 → 2 + 0 = 2
• Month: December = 12 → 1 + 2 = 3
• Year: 1973 → 1 + 9 + 7 + 3 = 20 → 2 + 0 = 2
• Total: 2 + 3 + 2 = 7
